An open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area anchors the design on one end, offering a welcoming space for gathering while framing expansive views of the valley. Separated, yet connected through the entry hallway, the other side of this mirrored floorplan offers a more private area with bedroom and bathrooms offering equally stunning views of the neighboring orchards and hillsides.

While efficient in its footprint, thoughtful design details including pitched roofs in both wings with abundant natural light make the space feel larger than its square footage might suggest. A lowered ceiling plane in the entry hallway connecting these two wings further accentuates this feeling of spaciousness when entering the more expansive wings.
