With nearly 20 years of experience in architecture and construction, Duff Bangs founded modFORM LLC in 2017 with a vision to bring thoughtful, functional design to North Central and Western Washington.

Duff isn’t just passionate about beautiful buildings—he’s driven by how design can improve everyday life. He believes good architecture starts with people and focuses on creating spaces that truly work for those who live, gather, and move through them.
Based in Cashmere, Duff shares life with his wife, their kid, and one sweet French bulldog. He brings that same grounded, real-life perspective to his work, designing spaces that are not only visually striking, but livable, purposeful, and personal.
