Cashmere Residence

The Cashmere Residence is a classic example of modern architectural design, blending elegance and functionality to create a timeless living space. Rooted in a serene environment, the project showcases clean lines, natural materials, and a seamless integration with its surroundings. Thoughtfully designed interiors prioritize comfort and efficiency while maximizing natural light and spatial flow.

A double shed roof with clerestory windows enables light to stream in from above maximizing light while eliminating costly features such as skylights. The shift in roof planes also creates a lowered ceiling plane over the kitchen defining a 'separate' space while creating an open connection with the dining and living areas. Natural materials are repeated inside and out furthering the indoor-outdoor connection in this open setting.
