Wenatchee Cottage Housing

Located on a flat lot within the heart of Wenatchee, WA walkable and rideable to nearby amenities, this project consists of (8) cottage housing units.  Common Ground Community Housing Trust creates affordable housing in the greater Wenatchee area and worked with modFORM LLC to design modern, individualized homes for the Crail Cottages development. Working within a variety of zoning codes including, the 'Cottage Housing' zoning codes in the City of Wenatchee, this project utilizes a perfectly placed site plan consisting of common open space and individual private space.  

Developed by Common Ground Wenatchee, a community housing trust. As of September 2026, all units are complete and under contract.
