Affordable Housing Studies

Affordable housing is more important than ever and the modern aesthetic with simple forms and a minimalist aesthetic lends itself very well to reduced construction costs. modFORM has developed a variety of housing studies envisioning what this could look like as a cottage-style development, duplex, fourplex, multi-family, or live-work complex which brings amenities even closer to these housing communities.
