Design
modFORM collaboratively guides each project through every phase of design from initial research and information gathering through Schematic Design (SD), Design Development (DD), permitting and approvals, and Construction Documents (CDs). We work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure clarity, coordination, and momentum from concept to construction.
Project Management
We provide leadership and oversight from design through construction coordinating consultants, managing schedules and budgets, and serving as the primary point of communication to keep projects on track. Through clear documentation and proactive problem-solving, we help minimize issues and carry the design through to completion. Construction Administration
During construction, we serve as your advocate to ensure the project is built in line with the design intent and documentation. We review submittals and shop drawings as needed, respond to contractor questions, conduct site visits, and monitor progress throughout the construction process. Our involvement helps maintain quality, address issues proactively, and keep communication clear among all parties.
Code Review and Permitting
modFORM has an in-depth knowledge of building codes and experience navigating the permitting process in a variety of jurisdictions.
