Located on a flat lot within the heart of Wenatchee, WA, this project consists of (8) cottage housing units.  While this parcel could support up to (20) housing units, it was determined that smaller, individual units would best fit the program of creating affordable individualized homes.  With a variety of complex zoning codes, this project utilizes a perfectly placed site plan consisting of common open space and individual open space.  
Currently under construction, scheduled to be completed by Summer 2026.
