Eastmont Mixed‑Use in East Wenatchee, WA blends ground-floor commercial spaces with three levels of residential units above, following a detailed code and feasibility study to optimize parcel use. A key challenge was creating strong street presence at two different levels on opposing sides of the building due to significant topography changes across the site. The project’s complexity lay in weaving a mixed-use development seamlessly into the urban fabric—balancing retail access, parking, street engagement, and residential privacy while respecting neighborhood scale and character. This successful integration demonstrates our expertise in resolving multi-layered site challenges and enhancing urban continuity through thoughtful, context-driven design.
