This is a mixed use project located in East Wenatchee, WA.  A thorough code and feasibility study was performed to determine the best fit for this parcel. 

It was determined a series of commercial properties plus parking would be best positioned at ground level facing the rear of the building.  Above, a series of three levels of residential units were proposed facing the primary street.
